Recipes from Chef Lance’s kitchen!

 

Crab & Shrimp Dip

1/2 pound artificial crab
1/2 pound salad shrimp
6 blocks cream cheese
Cocktail Sauce

Soften cream cheese, then mix in crab & shrimp. Put in a mold and chill till firm. Serve with crackers and cocktail sauce.

Toll House Pie

4 eggs
1c sugar
1c brown sugar
1c flour
1c margerine
2c walnuts
2c chocolate chips
1 squirt vanilla
2 graham cracker pie crusts

combine all together and pour into pie crust, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
